I was born in Genoa (Italy) in 1975.

Since my childhood I like to draw and I feel a special attraction for comics.
Passion for drawings drives me to enter the art school, where I graduated in 1993.

In 1992 I meet Maurizio Mantero, writer of many episodes of Ken Parker and Julia in collaboration with Giancarlo Berardi.

In 1996 I result as a winner in the Stop Bombs with Word Balloons contest with my short story "Reperti".

In the meantime, I keep attend with other boys to Mantero’s studio and this take me, two years later, to work as assistant with  many artists from Sergio Bonelli Editore (Valerio Piccioni, Laura Zuccheri, Enio and Alberto Macagno among others) on several books of Julia, principally drawing backgrounds and borders, and correcting final works before publication.

In 2000 I start collaborating with Stefano Raffaele on Arkhain, a sci-fi story in four books wrote by  Lorenzo Calza and published in Italy by Marvel Italia (Cult comics).

Collaboration with Raffaele continues with Fragile (story and art by Raffaele) for Les Humanoides Associés (2002/2003), Hawkeye (wrote by Fabian Nicieza for Marvel - 2003/2004), and with several  illustrations for the ‘BDVD’ Attila published in France by SevenSept.

In 2005 I win the X-Comics contest for erotic comic, with the short story "Penny Rogers – Old stones", published by Coniglio Editore.

In the same year  the italian publisher Piemme contact me to draw "The life of pope John Paul II… in comics!" (text by Alessandro Mainardi and color by Federico Pietrobon), a 96 pages biography of Karol Wojtyla, published in USA by Papercutz.

In the following two years I put arts and colors on the biographies of Saint Riccardo Pampuri and Saint Bernadette Soubirous, wrote by the same author but this time for Edizioni ART.

In 2007-2008 "La dernière nuit ( The Last Night)" is issued in France. It's a sci-fi  story in two books for the publisher Clair de Lune, written by Giovanni Gualdoni and Marco Belli and colored by Donatella Melchionno.

Actually I'm working on a book for a new series by Sergio Bonelli Editore.

In addiction to comics, since 2002 I work in advertising as illustrator and storyboard artist.
